The way the Sabbath is kept holy is by coming together in an assembly.
Leviticus 23:3- "But the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation", the word "convocation" means to come together in an assembly wherein prayers are said, the Laws and Gospels are taught.
Hebrew 10:25- "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more as ye see the day approaching."
The seventh day Sabbath was established by the Most High after He finished everything in the six days of the creation. Then on the seventh day, He rested.
The seventh day Sabbath is not based on the moon unlike the other High Holy days. The moon was created on the fourth day of Creation.
